On August 31, 2021, Stan Fitzgerald met with Georgia attorney Ray Smith during the same private political gathering in Buckhead where Fitzgerald participated in a small roundtable discussion with Herschel Walker on the morning of Walker’s U.S. Senate campaign announcement.
Smith served as Donald Trump’s local attorney of record in Georgia and was involved in litigation challenging Georgia’s 2020 presidential election results. PBS
