A second July 30, 1992 memorandum recognizes Detective Stanley Fitzgerald and fellow narcotics investigators following the arrest of a suspected major street drug dealer and the seizure of 6.9 grams of cocaine.

Lieutenant Orlando Caprio and Detective John Dougherty, Detective Stanley Fitzgerald, Detective Edward O’Mara, Detective Vincent Mercadante, Detective Ronald Tutela, Detective Thomas Smith and Detective Ignacio Mendez culminated a two month investigation with the arrest of David Ramos, who is known as a Major Street Drug Dealer and who has avoided arrest for a period of time. 6.9 grams of cocaine was seized. A major effort was made by Lieutenant Caprio and Detectives Stanley Fitzgerald and Ronald Tutela who were involved from the inception of this investigation. A GOOD JOB.
