LIEUTENANT ORLANDO CAPRIO, AND DETECTIVES STANLEY FITZGERALD, CYRUS LITTLES, AND RONALD TUTELA ARE TO BE COMMENDED FOR THE ARREST OF A DRUG DEALER AND THE CONFISCATION OF 129 GRAMS OF COCAINE. THIS ARREST WAS THE RESULT OF KEEN OBSERVATION AND THE QUICK AND DECISIVE ACTION OF THESE OFFICERS WHO ARE AN EXAMPLE OF THE FINE, WELL TRAINED, NARCOTIC DETECTIVES OF THE SHERIFFS BUREAU OF NARCOTICS.
